PLEASE NOTE: HAA works hard to provide the best possible service and products. As a part of that effort, our partnership with SafeRent Solutions is vital since SafeRent Solutions closely monitors the ever-changing regulations and standards pertaining to criminal record reporting. The goal is to keep you, HAA, and SafeRent Solutions compliant with all applicable regulations.

Due to the ongoing regulatory changes, there will be a change to your RCR bundle product, effective September 1, 2024.

Beginning September 1, Multi-State Plus and instant statewide searches will no longer be included in the RCR Bundle. Criminal reports will remain available directly through SafeRent Solutions outside the RCR bundle.

We are happy to share that we will add Collection Alerts to the RCR product bundle effective September 1. Collection Alerts will provide multi-family collection records that may not be part of the credit report.

All other searches and the ability to report residents to the RCR database will remain in the RCR bundle.
