The Houston Apartment Foundation (HAF) proudly offers National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) credentials that are designed to increase your industry knowledge and demonstrate a commitment to the multifamily industry. All credentials are a recognized mark of excellence throughout the industry.

Taking Your Credential Exam
All NAA Credential Exams must be scheduled via your NAA PACE account. Visit www.naahq.org and log into your PACE account by navigating to My Education Institute in your NAA profile.

Renewing Your Credential

Visit NAA for detailed instructions on how to renew your credential. HAA is an affiliate or in-network provider of continuing education credits.




Once your NAA CEC Reporting Form is completed, submit it to education@haaonline.org for affiliate approval. 
Please note: HAA cannot sign off on any CECs received from programs hosted by outside organizations.



CPO Course: Certified Pool Operator
The Certified Pool Operator certification is a 5-year national certification issued by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) and is required by the state of Texas. Certifications are issued by the PHTA and digital certificates are emailed to students that complete the course and pass the exam. 

Program Fee: $400 (includes textbook, exam administration fee, and breakfast and lunch for two days)

EPA 608 Certification Course

The EPA 608 Certification Course is a two-day course which ensures technicians are trained in safe handling and environmental protection. Technicians must pass an EPA exam for the specific equipment they work on and will receive a lifetime certification.

Program Fee: $250 (includes textbook, exam administration fee, and breakfast and lunch)
