Casey Morgan, MPP, Chief Executive Officer and Publisher
Oversees the entire association staff and the association's mission. Works directly with the HAA Board of Directors on all association functions and serves as the HAA PAC Treasurer.

Amanda Sherbondy, CAE, Chief Operating Officer
Oversees staff and organizes events and volunteers for numerous Community Outreach programs, including the Food Drive and the All-Stars Sports Challenge; is the liaison to the HAA supplier committee, the Product Service Council. Oversees office building maintenance, rentals, supply purchase and vendor contracts.

Lauren Ragin, CMP, Vice President of Education
Oversees the Houston Apartment Foundation education programs, credential programs and event planning, including the HAA Education Conference & Expo.

 

Kasaundra Wright, Director, Events and Meetings
Oversees and organizes general membership meetings, special events and fund-raisers, including the gala, chili cook-off, Honors Awards, and volleyball and bowling tournaments.

Will Alfaro, Director of IT
Oversees online media including the Web site and e-mail communications. Provides information technology and job board support.

Randa Dick, Vice President, Membership Development
Oversees membership recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts while ensuring timely delivery of member services and accurate record management. Answers questions about member benefits and supports supplier members in marketing their businesses through advertising, sponsorships, and exhibit opportunities like the ABODE publication, Directory & Buyer’s Guide, and the annual Education Conference & Expo.

Alex Chadwell, Government Affairs Manager
Works with members and staff to implement and achieve HAA public affairs and media/ public relations goals to meet apartment industry needs.

Morgan Waterman, Strategic Outreach Manager
Works with members to implement and achieve HAA’s strategic membership growth goals and coordinates outreach meetings for the association’s 12-county area.

 

Deborah Nix, Director of Publications and Design
Oversees the creative development, editorial content and design of printed materials, including ABODE magazine, the annual Directory and Buyer's Guide, event marketing and related projects.

Trey Wimberly, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Oversees cash management and revenue collection. Monitors operations and accounting for HAA's three corporations, also handles personnel and employee benefits administration.

Cindy Ramirez, Accounting Manager
Assists in revenue collections and daily operational accounting items including record keeping, invoicing and member accounts.

Ashley Murdock, Staff Accountant
Assists in daily operational accounting items and record keeping.

Tina DeFiore, Vice President, Facility Management/RCR
Responsible for maintaining the Houston Apartment Foundation Building and building rentals. Also responsible for the Rental Credit Reporting (RCR) department in partnership with SafeRent Solutions, including training, marketing, and maintaining partnerships with Houston area management districts. 

Matilde Luna, Director, Resident Relations
Answers questions from both apartment personnel and residents concerning leases and owners rights and responsibilities to provide an alternative to filing court cases. Oversees the two Resident Relations Committees.

Madelyn Suarez, Education & Events Manager
Leads the Customer Service function, ensuring timely responses to inquiries about our educational programs and processing registrations. Works closely with the VP of Education to manage certification programs, workshops, and conferences, while monitoring student progress to ensure their success.

Bianca Reyes, Member Services Coordinator
Assists in daily membership operations and supports the membership department by ensuring timely responses to prospects and members, maintaining accurate member records and assisting with events.
