Happy Holidays…Legally Speaking! Discussion of various legal issues that come up during the holidays, including:

-Resident Parties - Can you control the fun?
-Holiday decorations - When does the spirit start? When does it end?
-Towing - More traffic; more problems!
-Guess who’s coming for the holidays? - Unauthorized occupants, numerous get-togethers and other “fun” activities
-Fair Housing Issues - Equal enforcement, religions- neutral policies
-Crime - Does crime pay during the holidays?

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to HAA at least 48 hours prior to the program date. Substitutions are allowed, but no-shows will not be granted refunds.
