Application Fraud and How to Protect Your Investment led by Christy Lindsey, Director of Compliance and Kaitlyn Erwin, Client Success Manager, SafeRent Solutions.
IROs are facing more sophisticated application fraud than ever, and it is arriving in two distinct forms. One looks like paperwork that is too clean to question. The other looks like a real person who simply is not there. This session unpacks both, explains why small and mid-size landlords are prime targets, and shares how to spot the red flags early.
