2026 Forty Under 40 Celebration
The Houston Apartment Association invites you to a special celebration honoring the industry's top 40 professionals under the age of 40. Members of all ages are welcome.

Forty Under 40 Honoree Selection Process
Nominate here between Monday, June 8 through Sunday, June 28!
Once the nomination period ends, each nominee will receive a Forty Under 40 Nominee Questionnaire that they will be asked to complete and submit by Friday, July 24.

After all questionnaires are received, a selection committee comprised of past Forty Under 40 honorees and HAA Executive Committee members will meet to review the submissions and select the 2026 class. 

The Forty Under 40 Class of 2026 will be officially announced by Friday, August 7 and a complimentary headshot photo session for the honorees will be hosted on Wednesday, August 19 from 12pm-5pm and Thursday, August 20 from 8am-5pm at the HAA Office. Honorees will also receive complimentary registration to the Forty Under 40 reception.

Regular rate - $85
