Forty Under 40 Celebration
The Houston Apartment Association invites you to a special celebration honoring the industry's top 40 professionals under the age of 40. Members of all ages are welcome.



Forty Under 40 Honoree Selection Process
Once the nomination period ends on June 24, each nominee will receive a Forty Under 40 Nominee Questionnaire that they will be asked to complete and submit by July 25.

After all questionnaires are received, a selection committee comprised of past Forty Under 40 honorees and HAA Executive Committee members will meet to review the submissions and select the 2022 class. 

The Forty Under 40 Class of 2022 will be officially announced on Friday, August 19 and a complimentary headshot photo session for the honorees will be hosted on Friday, September 2. Honorees will also receive complimentary registration to the Forty Under 40 reception.
