If the process of getting an apartment ready begins when the apartment is vacant, we’re already late. What if we had a plan wherein the make ready can begin at move in, continue through occupancy and then complete at move out? This would allow for decreased lost rent as the apartment will be “Made Ready” faster, with a better outcome your entire team can be proud of! Are you ready?

Program Pricing
Annual subscribers will receive an RSVP form via email at least one week prior to each session. 
Non-subscribing members must register for each Avenues session at $70 per session.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to HAA at least 48 hours prior to the program date. Substitutions are allowed, but no-shows will not be granted refunds.
