Organized Chaos: How to Manage Distractions and Get Things Done.
While property management has many constants, one day on site is rarely the same as the next. Distractions are inevitable, and managing people, property, tasks, and processes can be stressful, even for the most experienced of multifamily professionals. In this motivational session, Katie helps us manage distractions and embrace chaos while maintaining enough order to achieve progress and reach our goals. You'll leave this session feeling re-energized and excited to put new practices in place to get out of your own way and get things done! When you attend this session, you will: Utilize tools to manage distractions and manage chaos with confidence, create enough order to achieve progress and reach your goals, and practice trusting your team with the job they were hired to do (and then some!).

Program Pricing
Annual subscribers will receive an RSVP form via email at least one week prior to each session. 
Non-subscribing members must register for each Avenues session at $60 per session.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to HAA at least 48 hours prior to the program date. Substitutions are allowed, but no-shows will not be granted refunds.
