Coaching Through Conflict: Building Accountability Through Difficult Conversations 
In leadership, tough conversations are part of the game. Whether it’s addressing poor performance, tackling negative attitudes, or resolving conflict, how you handle these moments can make the difference between a losing season and a championship team. In this interactive session, current and potential leaders will step into the role of “coach,” learning strategies to approach difficult conversations with confidence, manage emotional reactions, and deliver feedback that drives improvement without sidelining morale.
