  • Registration opens on September 27 and will close 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Attire: business or semi-formal
  • Valet parking is available at the Hilton Americas main entrance. Self parking is also available.
  • Cancellation policyCancellations must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the event day in order to receive a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund will be issued on cancellations received less than 48 hours prior. All no-shows will be responsible for the entire payment.
