This 7-week series authored by the National Apartment Association is specially designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for new independent owner/manager of rental properties, typically 200 units or less. Independent Owners will benefit from the hard-hitting instruction whether they own one or one hundred units. There is no padding, no theory and no fluff.
