Location: Reliant Center Hall - D

· Over 2,200 in attendance last year, including the Houston, Galveston, Beaumont, and College Station apartment markets. (Houston alone represents over 400,000 units!)

· Attendee title/position identified by badge color.

· Seminars to increase booth traffic: Attendees of seminars are led directly to the Expo floor. Over 500 people attended seminars in 2006 and over 300 attended in 2007.

· Contests to increase traffic: One $1000 Give-away and One Dell LapTop will be awarded to attendees. Must have 1/2 page ad in April issue of ABODE to take advantage of this additional marketing opportunity. Ask for more details.

· Show Promotions: Expo Issue (April) ABODE, helps with advanced promotion of the show and your booth. Also, direct mailers are sent to every property and management company at least 30 days before the show as well as promoted at all HAA events.

· Potential buyers are the only people walking the aisle. Non-exhibiting suppliers are not allowed in the show area.

· Professional attendance - statistical breakdown is available.

· Attendee list- Name and contact information list categorized by title/position, mailed or emailed in an EXCEL format after the event.

· Best Booth Contest - Exhibitors can get a chance to win a trophy and team photo in ABODE. Best in show wins a FREE Booth for 2009.
