Full house on hand to hear Howard Bookstaff and Officer Doug Anders discuss HPD City Crime Ordiance

Houston Police Department Officer Doug Anders and Houston Apartment Association Legal Counsel Howard Bookstaff conducted a Crime Ordinance Seminar on January 11.The program provided property owners and managers with information about the new HPD City Crime Ordinance affects property policies and operations, including the requirement that Houston apartment properties register with HPD.
