For participants with limited English proficiency, this session will be conducted entirely in Spanish. In Business Matters, Manners Matter

What is really considered good manners in today's business world? Learn the ins and outs of business etiquette, also knows as good, common sense and behavior. What should you say...and not say? Is there a "right" way to "write" a letter? Email etiquette...does it really matter? And are there any special instructions for your behavior towards the "other" gender? Participants will learn the latest in business etiquette and manners and acquire a polite touch even in a high tech world.


Workshop Series Fees

$399 per property. Fee includes unlimited attendance by your entire property staff to any or all 20 workshops.

Registration fee for individual sessions by non-enrolled property personnel is $40 per person.
