CAS - Certified Apartment Supplier


Program Objective: To enhance the skills of the apartment community supplier, resulting in individuals with increased professionalism and an improved knowledge of the needs of today's apartment community managers and supervisors.

Course Schedule and Fees

Check-in and registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Course is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Total Program Cost: $500/member or $650/non-member if paid in full.

Tuition can be paid per module: $125/member or $162.50/non-member per module for four modules.

Designation Requirements

To qualify for the CAS program, candidates must:

  • Pass comprehensive exam including the three required course sections and one elective section of the CAM modules.
  • Sign an agreement not to solicit products in classroom.

Students who complete the requirements will receive a national certificate and pin. Candidates are allowed two years from the date of application to meet all program requirements. If the requirements are not met in the time allotted, an extension fee of $50 must be paid to NAA to extend candidacy for one year.

Notice

Schedules and fees are subject to change without prior notification. Notice of cancellation is required two days in advance to receive a refund, less a $10 administrative fee. Seats are guaranteed only on a first-come, first-served basis when payment and registration are received. All preregistered no-shows will be billed. Payment is required at the door if not received prior to the event.

American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Visa are accepted in person, over the phone and by fax. Personal checks, company checks and money orders - made payable to HAF - also are accepted.
