Students who complete this course will receive a certificate of completion as well as a list of staffing agencies, management companies and open positions within the industry advertised on our Web site.
The fee for this course is $65 if prepaid; $75 if paid at the door. The Houston Apartment Foundation accepts cash, check, money orders and all major credit cards. Please note that seating is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Online Learning
The Houston Apartment Association's Leasing 101 course is also available online. The fee for this course is $50 and is payable by credit card only. The course takes approximately two and a half hours to complete; a certificate will be emailed to you within approximately 3 days upon your completion, along with a listing of the top 100 management companies that are members of HAA.
