In this energizing workshop, we will discuss the importance of delivering a great first impression, establishing rapport and building trust during the first few minutes of interaction with your future resident. Then, we’ll focus on how to build value with your future resident before selling the special, how to assume the sale, how to gain a commitment for a second visit, and demonstrate closing strategies that you can implement immediately without feeling uncomfortable or too pushy! After attending this workshop, you’ll close more leases!
