The Leadership Lyceum helps HAA identify and develop a well-informed and highly motivated group of emerging leaders; people with a broad-based vision for and strong commitment to the mission and strategic objectives of the association and its affiliated associations. The lyceum candidates are selected annually by the Leadership Lyceum Committee and the program begins in January of each year.
