    Responsibilities
    Accountable for all property operations, including:
    Hiring and training of personnel
    Supervision of staff
    Property reports
    Bookkeeping
    Budget planning
    Marketing of property
    Ensuring timely maintenance
    Inspection of property     

    Salary
    Typically ranges from $35,000 a year to $45,000 a year, depending on experience and unit count.

Assistant Manager

The assistant manager assists the property manager in all duties. 

Leasing Consultant

In today's market, leasing consultants must be knowledgeable, savvy sales people and well-trained to attract and maintain the best residents. 

    Responsibilities
    All aspects of the leasing process, including:
    Greeting and qualifying customers
    Property tours
    Making the sale
    Completing lease paperwork
    Resident retention and customer service
    Processing rental payments
    Processing rental applications
    Knowledge of fair housing laws     

    Salary
    Typically ranges from $25,000 a year to $28,000 a year, depending on experience and the number of units leased annually.
