To target a very specific group of HAA members, you can sponsor specific HAA events. Sponsorship is a great way to gain recognition for your company, personnel, products and services. By sponsoring an event, your company gains immediate name recognition and credibility with decision makers.
If you wish to sell to the executive level, you may want to sponsor a golf tournament or general meeting. If your buyers are property supervisors, then an ACES program (formerly SOAPS), is the best event for you.
More than 120 opportunities are made available in January and June of every year. You are able to determine the value of an event in a live and lively auction. During most sponsored events, a commercial is read to attendees and sponsor signs are displayed. All events are promoted with pre-event publicity in ABODE magazine, our weekly e-mail blast, on our plasma screen in the registration area of our education center, and on our Web calendar.

Our next Sponsorship Auction will be held on Wednesday, June 30. Registration begins at 8:15 am at the Dinerstein Reed Prokop Education Center at 4810 Westway Park Blvd, Houston, Texas 77041. Drawings close at 9:00 am, live auction begins at 9:15 am.
Are you new to HAA and haven't attended an auction before? Not sure which events to bid on? Register for the Auction 101 Class taking place the day of the auction beginning at 8:00 am. Learn more about how the auction works and get an idea on which events would work best for you. RSVP to asherbondy@haaonline.org to attend this helpful class.
Major events and education programs will be up for bid, such as the annual ChiliFest, Fall Golf Tournament, Annual Business Meeting, HAA 50th Anniversary Party, 2011 Installation Gala and numerous education courses. If you don't come to bid on an event, come for the entertainment and information.

Several items will be allocated by drawings in which the event is set at a specific amount and companies can enter the drawing to earn the event at the set price instead of competing in the live auction. Drawing winners are announced prior to the live auction start time.
