developer or fee manager of rental units. Our members operate in one of the twelve county
areas we service. Counties include: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Harris,
Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Waller and Wharton counties only.

Investor interested in becoming a rental property owner, an owner whose property(ies) are
already listed with a member company or a company interested in fee managing a rental
