Lead Based Paint Remediation Requirements

We have received a few calls from owners and managers lately with questions about the new Environmental Protection Agency requirements related to lead based paint.
The National Apartment Association has a resource center, with information on how to comply with the rules. Also, information on required training for remediators, is available here.
