Another Potential Scam

We've received information about a potential scam from a concerned property management member. Here's what our member said:
XXXX has sent me two different invoices with two different move in
dates, and neither one is correct. The commission rate
is wrong, and they sent me a phony verification supposedly signed by
someone in my office. When you try to call, their
voicemail is full.
