This month HAA kicks-off its annual Membership Campaign Drive. To get into the right mindset, we take a closer look at our 2011 Go-Getter of the Year, Claude Arnold. So how did he become a top recruiter? At the request of Bill Dinerstein, a founding member of HAA, Claude began recruiting.
“I didn’t want to let him down, so I called everyone I could think of and tried to get them to join. It honestly isn’t hard to get someone to join the HAA if one believes in it and one firmly believes that it is a win-win situation for both parties”
Armed with a list of advantages that HAA membership brings and using his business network, Claude Arnold has been able to recruit 500 new members to HAA. Claude is the only HAA member to have accomplished this feat so far. His incredible contribution has without doubt strengthened HAA’s reach. Claude has some words of advice for new members:
“The advice I give new members is that to be successful, they need to join HAA, go to the meetings and meet as many builders and management companies as possible.”
