There has never been a better time than NOW for HAA members to tell Congress en masse at NAA Capitol Conference how federal legislation could impact the apartment industry. Successful advocacy and growing our industry’s influence in Washington, D.C. takes strong legislative strategies and grassroots involvement to build relationships with Congress members. 

Between March 11 - 14, you will learn from political analysts and commentators, attend advocacy education sessions and issue briefings, and meet with their members of the U.S. Senate and congressional staff for both houses.

Speakers  include:

March 12 Kickoff – Political strategist and commentator Donna Brazille and former Bush White House Press Secretary Dana Perino will present a lively point-counterpoint discussion about politics, elections and issues on Capitol Hill.

March 13 Government Affairs Roundtable Luncheon – Editor and Publisher of the Rothenberg Political Report, Stuart Rothenberg will share insightful, often humorous comments about the elections, Capitol Hill issues and the nature of politics itself (ticketed event).
