Rent Check Thefts

This week, we are once again hearing about clever thieves in our community who have broken into apartment community drop boxes to steal rent checks and money orders.

Also, remember that drop boxes are provided at some properties as a courtesy, but should be used at your own risk. The best ways to pay rent are still in person during business hours (when a receipt may be obtained from an on-site employee), or online.
