HAA raises $11,000 for NAAPAC

Posted by Government Affairs on Thursday, April 28, 2011

On Wednesday, April 27, the Houston Apartment Association hosted a wine tasting fundraiser to benefit the National Apartment Association Political Action Committee.  The intimate fundraiser allowed attendees to sample and sip the favorite wines of several of our HAA and TAA past Presidents.

David Hargrove, Greystone Asset Management, was the big winner of the evening, receiving 34 votes for his wine as the favorite among attendees.   David Jones, SUEBA, was kind enough to lend a property, Ventura Lofts, as the fabulous venue for this event.

Attendees were delighted to visit with Greg Brown, Vice President of Government Affairs for the National Apartment Association.  Greg flew in for the event from D.C. to accept the donation of $11,000 to the NAAPAC.
