HAA's
Resident Credit Reporting is pleased to announce that two Houston-area management districts have entered partnerships with RCR to provide applicant screening to their members and ours. The Brays Oaks District in southwest Houston will provide RCR services to all apartment communities within the district that are also HAA members. Brays Oaks comprises more than 15,000 units. Providing RCR in addition to other qualifying steps will help reduce crime in the community. The Greenspoint District is also working with HAA to promote RCR to apartment communities within that district – home to more than 17,000 units – at a reduced rate. The district hopes to encourage positive communication among properties to track qualified residents and reduce skips and evictions.
RCR offers unique
local data that helps you make rental decisions with constantly updated
information. Think about it – if you had a prospect apply to live at your
community, would you check just one of his or her references from a previous landlord, or
would you check three?
Consider
RCR as one of those three reference sources.
